Greg Franklin, Vice President

Gregory Franklin is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Dallas office. He focuses his practice on construction and financial services litigation and assists clients with finding practical and efficient ways to approach problems that threaten their businesses. Because of his upbringing in a Dallas neighborhood where drug issues, domestic violence, and legal issues were frequent, he is passionate about being an advocate for those who do not have the means to fight for themselves.

His area of expertise is in the legal arena; he has a strong background in analyzing operational and financial risks and understanding how to mitigate those risks. He enjoys doing pro bono work for legal aid to assist individuals in the Dallas community as they fight for their rights, giving them hope and relieving their burdens. In the past, Gregory has volunteered at food banks, taught adult literacy, and volunteered at a women’s shelter. He now hopes to contribute to a community oriented board that allows him to work with individuals with different backgrounds and experiences.

Gregory graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Master’s degree in Business Administrations; he also graduated with a Doctorate degree from Texas A&M School of Law.
