Since 1955, Junior Players has been empowering young voices by providing free, high quality, arts programming to North Texas children and youth. And we’ve only just begun. Through innovative programs and outreach opportunities, we’re increasing our impact, equipping more students with transformational skills to equip them for their futures. Due to inclement weather, we will be rescheduling Thursday, January 9th’s performance of The Lightning Thief to a 2:30 pm matinee on Saturday, January 11th.
While we understand this news is disappointing, the safety of our participants, production team members, and audience members is our top priority. If you have already purchased a ticket for our performance on Thursday, January 9th – you will be receiving an email from Junior Players regarding your order shortly.
We are actively monitoring weather reports and remain in close contact with Board Members and City of Dallas venue officials. Should conditions warrant a change to our Friday evening performance as well, it will be posted on all social media accounts, our website, and, in case of ticket holders, email. Thank you for your support and understanding – we hope to see you at the Moody Performance Hall to support these truly talented young performers this weekend!
